November 15 – NOLL: Email goes out to all programs.

November 22—Your Club: Submit the names of the Program Director (PD), Communication

Director (CD—handles emails, game confirmations, and locations), and Head Coaches (HC).

November 24 – NOLL: Set dues schedule and commitment timeline and finalize regions.

December 1 – Your Club: Finalize commitment to the 2025 NOLL season & tournament and

select competition level.

December 4 – NOLL: Draw Meeting — Held at Brecksville Rec Center from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

Regional play drafts, MS, Youth, and Bantam dates, and tournament schedule dates will be

shared.

December 8 – Your Club: Post club lacrosse flyers in schools and newsletters to secure

teams for Spring 2025.

December 15 – NOLL: Payment plans start. Forms should be completed with Kevin Walz.

January 5 – Your Club: By January 12, begin club meetings for parents and players to

discuss sign-ups, timelines, and season information.

January 12 – NOLL: Ensure all club contacts are updated. Season correspondence and

updates begin—this is crucial.

January 19 – Your Club: Order practice pinnies, jerseys, and balls, and finalize the club

calendar.

January 26 – NOLL: Register all teams for schedule planning.

February 2 – Your Club: Established programs begin indoor practices.

February 9 – NOLL: Finalize brackets (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and regional play structure.

February 16 – Your Club: Finalize team rosters.

February 23 – NOLL: Complete scheduling.

March 1 – Your Club: Official season practices begin.

March 8 – NOLL: Preparations continue for season kickoff.

March 15 – Your Club: Hold scrimmages.

March 22 – NOLL: Send reminders for the season start.

March 29 – NOLL: Week 1— First official games of the 2025 season.

April 6 – Week 2 & XXXX Tournament

April 13 – Week 3 & XXXX Tournament

April 20 – Week 4 & XXXX Tournament

April 27 – Week 5 & XXXX Tournament

May 4 – Week 6 & XXXX Tournament

May 11 – Week 7 & XXXX Tournament

May 18 – Week 8 & XXXX Tournament

May 24 & 25 – NOLL: Championship Tournament & All-Star Weekend
